Regrets

As an angel sent from Kami (God) to stop Jeanne from being a kaitou, Access Time appears to Chiaki, the only other human who can see him, and gives him powers to transform into Sinbad to make stopping Jeanne easier.

Access is also very much in love with Fin Fish, but because of his mission from God, cannot act on his feelings. So instead, he protects Fin as much as he can from a distance, without disturbing his mission, and continues to love her, no matter how evil she is.

The angel is very loyal and fun, and always helps Chiaki with his personal problems with Maron. But we don't know too much about him, except for the fact that Fin says he works for Maou, until Fin reveals herself to be the traitor.

After Fin leaves, Access doesn't hold any grudges and immediently takes Maron under his protection and explains the history of why and how Fin is working for Maou, plus tells of their plan on stopping Jeanne from being betrayed all along.

Access becomes a protector of sorts, to Maron and is upgraded to a full angel status (which means he can become human sized). After exploring around a bit during a camping trip with Maron and Chiaki's class, he finds the bodies of the two angels that had traveled to earth with Fin before she was exhiled.

Fin appears, since she had both Chiaki and Miyako under the control of demons, and the three angels confront her because they can't understand why someone who was as loyal to Kami was Fin was, would decide to work for Maou.

However, when Fin finally tells Access the reason why she worked for Maou in the first place, Access is determined not to let Fin die. Even to the extent that he would give up his own angel status and powers to help save her. Surprisingly, Kami forgives Fin and lets her become an angel again and Fin and Access are finally able to be togther.

Access is elated, but when Fin is killed again, he gives her his earring and promises to become a full angel so he can be reincarnated on earth with her.
