From the very beginning we get the idea that Access Time and Fin Fish know each other very well. It is also very obvious that Access is in love with Fin but Fin seems to try to avoid him for the most part, even going to lengths to convince Maron that Access and Sinbad are working for Maou (the devil).

Even so, whenever Chiaki picks on Fin, Access always comes on scene to stand up for her. Maron once even asks Fin if she loved Access, but Fin denied it but said that she did love someone else. I guess, it would have messed up Fin's mission if she told Maron that that someone was Access - so she continued to deny her feelings until Access finally told her off.

It was then that Fin finally admitted that she loved Access all along, and the only reason she decided to work with Maou was because Access promised to tell her something. But then she was kicked out of heaven and would have lost her life, but she stilled needed to keep her promise to Access, so she decided to work for Maou so she wouldn't die first. But with the body that Maou gave her, Fin was unable to even touch Access without hurting him physically.

After Fin finally admitted this, Maou realised that Fin had betrayed him and took "his" body away from her, with no more body - Fin would no longer exist. Access, after hearing that Fin loved him, was determined not to let this happen and tried to give his own powers to Fin to keep her alive, to no avail: and Access even lost his newly acclaimed angel status.

However, Kami decided to forgive Fin and let her become an angel again. It is then, finally, when Fin and Access get together as a 'couple'. But when Maou attacked Maron, Fin took the hit and was gravely injured.

Before she died, Fin and Access talked and promised each other that they would be together again. Access promised to become a pure angel so he could be reincarnated on earth, and Fin promised to meet him when she herself was reincarnated. And that brings us to the ending, which is on another page.
